"Zimmerman called 911 and told dispatchers he was following a teen. The dispatcher told Zimmerman not to."
Was it reported why he decided to follow him? I know there were burglaries in the area, but what did he notice about him in particular that prompted him to follow him and not someone else?

You bring the "white" or race to this thread peil. No one is saying that. But you say nothing about the link of the poster who is saying someone witness ambush in the link. And that link is not saying that. You should apologize.

The armed man followed the 17 year old boy walking home to his father's house. The boy have iced tea and candy and no gun. The boy is walking only. Zimmerman never say he saw the boy commit crime. Zimmerman say to the 911 people he see a boy walking and he look suspicious. The boy is afraid because he is talking on the cell phone to his girlfriend and he is saying someone is following him.
..and then he lays in wait and ambushes Zimmerman as he is returning to his vehicle and beats Zimmerman bloody, breaking his nose and lacerating his skull. Zimmerman manages to pull his pistol and pops the kid with a single shot then he waits for emergency responders. An eyewitness says that Zimmerman was ambushed corroborating Zimmerman's story so Zimmerman is released *with his weapon* and is not charged. Justice served.
Last night a squirrel layed in wait and then ambushed a garbage bag outside of my guesthouse. I just popped him 10-minutes ago from 60-yards in the squatting position with a .22 short subsonic using my Marlin-39 with iron sights. Justice served.

1) Those who make Martin out to be a choir boy.
2) Those who express fear and anger and support Zimmerman.
What was Martin doing that was suspicious, prompting Zimmerman to follow him?
What occurred to prompt Zimmerman to disregard the dispatcher's instruction to not confront Martin.
Why (according to witnesses) did Martin assault Zimmerman?
Had the situation been tasked to the police, would the outcome have been different when handled by professionals with proper training?
