Treyvon Martin issue is starting to irritate the hell out of me

LOL that was my thought as well. I think GWB is just ad-libbing at this point. Zimmerman may be a piriah but he isn't going to be charged with anything, not even by DOJ.

Holder is in enough trouble already with "Fast and Furious" and Black Panthers placing bounties and intimdating voters. Holder is more likely to see the inside of a prison cell than Zimmerman is.

I would urge you to cross-correlate the map with the press stories, 911 calls, and timeline. It is very clear what path was taken by both Martin and Zimmerman. (same path - Zimmerman directly followed Martin). Zimmerman's SUV was parked up near the mailboxes where he made his 911 call from.

Seeing that there was a verbal confrontation that was overheard from Trayvon' girlfriend, this is not a situation where Trayvon Martin magically jumped out of the bushes and surprise attacked Zimmerman without any warning. Even Zimmerman admits to police in his statement that words were exchanged first.

I looked at it again and discovered you could click on the balloons on the left and it will show you which ballloon is which.

Anyway, if you could assume these locations are all correct I don't see that it shows anything. Zimmerman called 911 by the entrance, the fight and shooting occurred in the alley or sidewalk about half way from the entrance to the home Martin was visiting. So what?

Holder definately deserves to be in jail. People have died because of him and it wasn't "self-defense"!!

Right... Zimmerman was/is definitely an asshole... BUT so is Trayvon... Two assholes started to fight... One of them went apeshit and took things too far... The other one shit his pants and before going unconscious from getting his head bashed into the sidewalk he managed to shoot the other asshole. That's how I see it...

It's not worth spending any time on... But the black political leaders saw their chance to start more crap... A black asshole getting shot by a white"-ish" err... Hispanic asshole...? How could they let such an opportunity pass them by...?

Turn the gangster thug into an angel by releasing pictures of him as an angelic young boy... Begin bullshit media campaign... and marches... "NO JUSTICE! NO PEACE!"...

I think this time we should hold out and go for the "NO PEACE" option...! :cool:

Look at my post a page or two back. Today the police released part of Zimmerman's statement and he said basically that walking back to his SUV Martin approached him from behind and they exchanged some words and as he was getting his cellphone out of his pocket Martin punched him knocking him to the ground and jumped on top of him and started beating the back of his head into the cement. I don't see any mystery here.

I think that's more or less what happened to Zimmerman. AND I think the law is on his side because Martin went "out of bounds"... I've been in a fist fight or two and I've been on top and bottom.
Zimmerman was unprepared to confront a suspect and is reckless.
In Texas he'd be up for manslaughter charges at the least.
The lesson here, which Martin didn't know since he wasn't a fighter is you don't stop untill the opponent fleas or is knocked out and in this case Martin would of been justified in killing Zimmerman.

So how does this align with all of your statements that Martin jumped out of the bushes and surprise attacked Zimmerman.... well to provide the answer it does not align.

So why does Zimmerman have GRASS STAINS on his back when you claim Martin was beating him down on the sidewalk. There appears to be a failure with the story here also.
 
Since so many of you want to pose hypotheticals, let's try this one.

Let's say Zimmerman was a policeman investigating a call that a suspicious person was in the neighborhood. He gets jumped by a black teen honor student and is getting severely beaten. He uses his service weapon and kills the perp. Anyone think the cop is getting charged? Even though we know Sharpton, Jackson, Obama, Holder and every other race hustler will be trying to use it to raise finds.

Or let's say a white teen goes into an inner city slum for some reason. Maybe to visit a friend from school. He is jumped and beaten to death by gang members. Willl we be seeing Sharpton et al? Will the Justice Department be getting involved to investigate a hate crime? Will the media give a crap? Will Obama insert himself?

The Zimmerman case is just a perfect fit for a typical media template, ie the crazed racist with a gun. Don't let the facts get in the way of whipping up another Rodney King hysterical liberal drama.
