A lot of thier watching centers on two things. Money they want me to pay so they can manage their budgets or they watch me to assure to themselves that I am not taking unfair advantage of the markets ("insider trading").
Almost without exception when they put the facts together, they fuck up their conclusions.. Then those who work for me to provide services have to go to the extra effort to straignten out the government employees and their supervisors. Usually am not allowed to request the means they used to screw up. I request it to work through the coding to be able to instruct them on theim on the errors of their ways. Naturally, they continue and they do the same to others by repeating their errors which are based on faulty reasoning and converting that reasoning to automated suveilance progamming.
My senator, Senator KYL requires me to keep updating my relationship to him on this single problem because his timer runs out of time between IRS actions. I am required to fill in the same form with the same words for him to continue to work iwth LLoyd Williams the IRS Congressi0onal liaison. I suggest to Kyl's staff that they read the form they have before them and continue to discuss the IRS AIR series I am handling.
The AIR has several mistakes in it like Q ID's and Q to Q references. Id they are not fixed then the IRS does not get the answers to what it wants to know.
For example, they found 25 corporations where an association was determined by the laws on a stat level. From this you may be able to understand sappjason's error which is carried forward daily has no merit in fact. Now I have to explain to the IRS what I have explained in public information in state files OR I will be limited in handing out money to those who are activiely solving problems that the US government has failed to do.
Right now we are training 5 VA psychologists in how to handle PTSD of returning vets and vets with PTSD as far back as Vietnam. These personell are not charged for our services. they are paid by the US government for the time they spend learning how, at long last, to do their jobs correctly.

what I like about the IRS and SEC monitoring and the series of events that they goe through is that they get educated in many ways. I certainly have learned how to dumb down information for the likes of these many government employees.
To get a 148 page attachment from the IRS entitled "Anti Jack Trading" and be asked to explain the thread I did not participate in is a real stretch of anyone's imagination.
