Trend-following CTAs failing badly. 3.7% returns for past 10 years.

IBD founder made an early, early call on NOT buying GE @ about $60 area.WHY?? William O "Neil said growth was to slow.[Repeating pattern] DownTrended $60 area to $6.66.
QQQ gapped down a bit today but still good uptrend
