I just read pages 15 16 and 17 of the indictment.

The indictment (Mullers work) characterizes the payments as election related and says Cohen had been talking with campaign officials.

But... reality - Cohen fronted the money and invoiced for payment but the indictment does not state the invoices "were for election related services". If you read the indictment it seems those invoices were for and characterized as legal services.

So you are wrong.... again.

My take... at first thought...and subject to change.

If Trump intended to misreport payoffs on his campaign forms... he could be guilty. But I don't see that as this situation.

If he intended to keep the payoffs silent even though it was for his campaign he would not be guilty because I doubt the govt could show he had the mens read for campaign finance violations. I remind you paying lovers for silence is a personal expense and could never be a legitimate campaign expense.

So let's not sugar coat this or pretend. Trump's a Jerk and an asshole, and we all know it. Now that he's in big trouble and could go to prison, and Ivanka , or whoever, has told him he has to stop acting like a jerk because he's in deep doo doo , and, "this is serious, your in a fight for your fucking survival," he suddenly starts starts tweeting nice things about the Bushes. Nobody is going to buy this. We all know he's not sincere. His clinical narcissism has rendered him incapable of sincerity or empathy for anyone but himself. We see this incredibly revealed to all in the Stern video I posted.
