But from the T. Martin side - someone (apparently not identified as police or any member of law enforcement [this is still a question - had Zimmerman identified himself as Neighborhood Watch in any way?]) is following you. He then confronts you (and he ain't smiling and saying "Have a nice day!") Is he a mugger?
If that is the case, then maybe Martin's mistake was that he wasn't packing himself and didn't shoot a guy he could say was stalking and approached him in a threatening manner - and, it would turn out, would also have been armed himself.
Bill Kristol on Fox News said he didn't necessarily think the Florida law was a good one, since it only requires feeling threatened. I think that is going to be the next public debate.
