Actually the root failure in all the cases was the failure of the police and local prosecutor to perform a proper investigation to document and close out the case.

I think everyone agrees that Zimmerman should not have followed Martin. I think he should not have been armed with a gun either in my opinion.

But the eyewitness said that Martin approached Zimmerman and attacked him breaking his nose and lacerating his head. That is the first moment that the law was broken. The tragic shooting followed that.

I don't think you can charge a man for murder for following someone.

His brother is telling the Piers Morgan no he did not follow him. And no. No eyewitness to Martin approach Zimmerman. No one saw this. Some people see them when they on the ground, but no one saw approach but only 2 people. Zimmerman and Trayvon. Trayvon is dead.
