Or, do you think that this woman who has seen the lynching going on in the media started to cast doubt in her sons eyes, days after the testimony, as she realized what is going to happen to her son should he be the star witness in favour of zimmerman.

Do you really think that the kids memory of the whole situation situation would have been better while it was going on, or 3 weeks after the fact?

Zimmerman "didn't appear hurt" as he walked away, he added, and he didn't see any blood on him.

Meanwhile, the mother of a 13-year-old who also witnessed the killing told the New York Daily News that when Sanford police interviewed her son eight days after the incident, they "pressured" him to give more detail than he recalled.

The youngster, Austin Brown, had been referenced by police as having seen Martin on top of Zimmerman during the fight, but his mother, Cheryl, said he saw only one person lying on the grass and could not identify them.

"He kept telling them he couldn't see anything because it was too dark," she said. "He said he couldn't see the race or anything. He never saw a second person.

"Then they asked him if he saw what the man was wearing. They gave him a multiple choice question and gave him three colors. He said, 'I think it was red.' Knowing my son, I believe he felt pressured to give the color."

Which is quite correct - Zimmerman' entire story fell apart the minute this video was released. His lawyer claimed that Zimmerman had a broken nose and significant injuries to the back of the head that required further medical attention. This video shows limited or no injuries at best - which makes Zimmerman's story that he was in a life or death struggle not very credible.

So yes, Zimmerman is doomed. From a legal perspective this video is a key item that will make a jury of 12 vote for guilty after the legal processes runs its course.

I stand by my statements and all of the news articles I posted from mainstream sources that support my assertions in this case. I find it interesting that any article that I post not supporting Zimmerman brings out this type of response from you and others. And any article supporting Zimmerman is ignored or cheered. GWB, This is a ridiculous argument on your part. The video clearly shows the back of his head was busted open, and it even shows the cop looking at it.

The other claim that you are making is that Zimmerman doesnt appear to have been beaten up, and that he is walking just fine. Im wondering what exactly these people expect more than an hour after the incident happened, should the guy still be staggering, and struggling to walk? I have been in lots of fights in hockey, and gotten my ass beat more than a few times, and had my nose broken, and five minutes after the worst ass beating of my life, once the adrenaline wears off, and you quit shaking, you are just fine, so i dont know exactly what these guys are expecting here. If Zimmerman had been beaten so badly that he couldnt walk properly a half an hour after the cops showed up, he would be in the emergency room. Hell most UFC fighters, or boxers can walk just fine 5 minutes after being hit with the hardest punches in the world.

Do you really think you could see if someones nose was broken on that grainy footage? I ahve had my nose broken, and it stopped bleeding after 10 minutes, as it was clogged with dry blood, the only blood after that was the blood i could taste every time i sniffled going down the back of my throat.
