In the cell call with his girlfriend, Martin said he was just going to walk fast. And then he asked Zimmerman why Zimmerman was following him.

Eventually, he would run, said the girl, thinking that he'd managed to escape. But suddenly the strange man was back, cornering Martin.

"Trayvon said, 'What are you following me for,' and the man said, 'What are you doing here.' Next thing I hear is somebody pushing, and somebody pushed Trayvon because the head set just fell. I called him again, and he didn't answer the phone."

You have no idea what you are talking about. Judging by your response, you have never been in an actual, uncontrolled fight aside from maybe getting your ass kicked by your 15-year-old "sandbag."

Actually I am one of the few in the threads citing the facts and evidence. Others come across desperate to defend Zimmerman while casting aspersions on all factual evidence. (e.g. Funeral Director for 30 years is obviously not qualified to make statements about dead bodies, Trayvon's girlfriend is obviously lying about her cell phone conversation because she has an agenda, etc.).

All most rational people like myself are asking for in this case is that a proper police investigation occurs and the results are driven by a competent DA to a grand jury. The grand jury can either indict or not indict. If they indict there will be a trial with jury. I will accept the results of a proper legal process.

This is going to occur now that the Sanford PD (which is about to lose its state certification for a long string of failures) has been removed from this case along with the local prosecutor. The FDLE and new prosecutor will be handling all aspects of this case.

I think the state of florida owes zimmerman some money for saving it the costs of his wasted education and future imprisonment charges.

Same goes for key Federal govt officials: Those in the Justice dept should be held personally liable for failing to prosecute the BP and be financially responsible for providing for his personal safety.

Then-UK Prime Minister Tony Blair openly supported this stance and vowed to clamp down on the anti-social behaviour with which hoodie wearers are sometimes associated.
