1.Lied to the court about his passport.
2.Lied to the court about his finances in his bail hearings.
3.Said Martin jumped out of the bushes to attack him..but there were no bushes where he was attacked.
4.Zimmerman said on national television on Sean Hannitys show that he had never heard of stand your ground law,today at trail his college professor said Zimmerman took his class where the stand your ground law was taught and Zimmerman got an A in the class.
5.Zimmerman said Martin grabbed his gun but forensics show no Martin fingerprints or DNA on the gun.
6.Zimmermen keeps lying about how Martin approached him
In that first taped interview with Sanford police Investigator Doris Singleton, Zimmerman said that when he and Martin came face to face on that sidewalk, Martin said, "What the (expletive) (is) your problem, homey?"
During the next 24 hours, Zimmermanâs version of what Martin said would change slightly, becoming less offensive with each telling.
In another interview later that night, he told Investigator Chris Serino that Martin said, "You got a problem?"
During the re-enactment the next afternoon, he told police that Martin yelled, "Yo, you got a problem?"
7.During the re-enactment the day after the shooting, Zimmerman told detectives it was because he had lost sight of the 17-year-old, and the dispatcher asked him to find him.A review of Zimmermanâs recorded call with the dispatcher, though, shows there was no such request.
8.Zimmerman said he got out of his car to get a street address but he has lived in that neighborhood 3 years,was ahead of the neighborhood watch and had patrolled those streets often to not know what street he was on. He passed the front of a home that had a visible street address number and kept going to get to scene of the shooting.
