Trayvon Martin (NO_LIMIT_NIGGA)

The only reason this has become a national issue is the fact that the police did not arrest and charge zimmerman. Had they arrested him, investigated the charges and then dropped all charges there wouldn't be this public backlash.

Anyone can be an aggressor under the interpretation of this florida law by the police department... stalk, confront, engage and fight anyone... pull out a properly registered firearm... blow their brains out and claim self defense.

I wonder how many repo men are going to follow suit... go to someones house to repo a car... when the delinquent owners come out and get in their face... or threaten them etc... they just shoot em.

It's really irrelevant whether the Martin kid was a thug, drug dealer, hoodlum or criminal... Zimmerman had no right or authority to engage or question him and be his judge, jury and executioner.

I find it hard to believe the kid would jump Zimmerman without provocation.
I believe a reasonable person would feel their life is in imminent danger anytime they are confronted by a stranger branding a firearm.

If the kid had wrestled away Zimmerman's firearm and shot him dead would the same self defense apply?

Actually I do frequently carry my Colt .45 on our plane. I'll be in Vegas second week of October as it stands now.
 
Watching the news now, and this white man, regardless of what these ignorant asses think, is walking into the station clean: no broken nose, no blood anywhere, no bandage on the back of his head or on his nose, nothing.
None of his clothes have anything on them. No blood spots, nothing. Not a damn thing.
Zip.
Nada.
Nothing.
Rien.
Clean as the driven snow.
If Trayvon landed a blow, it appears to have done no damage whatsoever.

So, that also means he may have shot Trayvon from a distance. Which also means the scenario just may have been that Trayvon was up against a wall pleading for his life, and he shot him, from someplace far enough away that no blood got on him.
He's not limping.
He's not flinching from any contact anywhere.

He is, it would appear, as are his spokesman and lawyer, lying like a rug.
