I've never been in a lawsuit in my life, but this case SCREAMS for one! Malicious prosecution is absolutely a civil matter, and this guy is the poster child for it! The guy was FULLY within the law to use deadly force as he was being beaten nearly unconscious, and at that point what do you think ol chimp would have done? Yep, that's right. He would have taken Zimmerman's gun after rifling through his pockets, and probably shot the unconscious guy. Cops are allowed to use deadly force if that happened to them. Why is Zimmerman any different? Oh I forgot. The bad guy just happened to be black.
