Travel: Italy’s newly discovered deep coral reef and Northern lights over Russia

Attached below are interesting articles from thepointsguy.com. The first once covers a newly discovered and rare type of deep water coral off the coast of Italy. I wonder if there may be ways for it to grow in the event of rapid and long term changes in the sea level? I wonder if genetic engineering and transplantation to artifical reefs could sequester CO2? In any event, the coral biome is beautiful and worth seeing.

In the second link, a photographer took some spectacular images of light pillars caused by airbourne ice crystals that happen to coincide with the Aurora Borealis.
