For what it's worth, I remember a couple years ago or so, Binance put up a notice that it was working on a way to improve recovery of LOST coins due to user error in sending across different networks.

Though I don't recall any estimated timeframe.

Yep there is a program they still run but it has a lot of very specific parameters that your loss circumstances need to meet ie. Specific coins, protocols and amounts
