transfer amount error in IB account

I use EFT method to transfer money from IB to local bank several times.

recently, it surprise me that IB differentiate between money sent and amount withdraw. The difference is 2 dollar.

Any idea on that issue. I will contact them next week.

I didnt pay attention on the account accuracy until.

It is really burden to check everything charge on account activity.

What do you think?
 
After the first withdrawal (of any kind) in a month, IB charges the following withdrawal fees for any subsequent withdrawal:
Base Currency USD
Wires $10
Checks $4
ACH/EFT $1


Are you doing more than one per month? That might explain your problem if they take the fee out of the amount transferred.
