Transact and Infinity

Has anyone been having trouble with the Transact platform going down? I have been having a heck of a time lately with them. It was down for an hour a couple weeks ago. I sort of like the platform but I am not sure where to go from here.

I trade through Transact, and have had no recent problems.

Everybody was down for an hour a couple of weeks ago, the CME crashed.

When did the cme crash? I had data the entire day if i remember right at my other firms. Did transact tell you that?

I have a zen fire account too and I also use TT. TT was up all day Friday.

I don't remember which day, it was 2 weeks ago or so. Every trading platform in the futures chat lost data, not just transact.

I do not recall that. Maybe I did not trade that day. I was referring to this past Friday. Well, there are many many days this platform has gone down. Thank you for the info though.

CME was not down last week that is when I got fed up with the problems. My broker kept telling me it was my computer. oh well I am not really upset just need to find a new home
