Training for newbees in London?

With loads of prop houses to choose from in London, does anyone have a recommendation as to who's likely to provide the best training for a fresh fish like me?

Friends in the business are saying either "RTS" (who are they?) or one of the firms in docklands. Can anyone shed some light here?
