how does that work? once i download the quotetracker program, what are the procedures to get it to read IB quotes? also, is there additional fees to IB?

There are specific instructions at the QuoteTracker website for the setup and also symbol formats for Interactive Brokers. Just go to "Help" (upper right corner at the home page) and you will see a specific section for IB.

There are no additional fees.
