How do you still play the sax?
Hi -- not as well as I used to, though I can still play ok. If you look closely at recent videos you can see left hand tremor. I'd say it's about 60% still working ok. Frustrating to lose balance and full use of hands.

It gets progressively worse over time, no cure. The neurologists specialized in DBS say vigorous exercise slows progression so I'm doing that. Kinda sucks to be a bit disabled but it's manageable.
Glad I chose trading & teaching as a profession, originally I was pre-med at UCLA and wanted to be a surgeon.
You might look at hiring someone to do your clicking for you. It would be a pretty cool summer job for a high schooler interested in trading, and they'd probably be happy at minimum wage compared to the other jobs open to them. Heck with zoom you could hire someone anywhere to do it for you, although I would have some trust issues with that if I didn't already know them well.
I wish you luck going forward, hell of a disease to have to fight.
Sorry to hear. Have you considered becoming plant-based vegan? Here's one link about diet and parkinson's: https://nutritionfacts.org/video/treating-parkinsons-disease-with-diet. There's more and more plant-based books out there saying how to beat diseases or dramatically reduce symptoms with high consumption of certain fruits and vegetables. Perhaps worth a try...good luck man.
