I corrected that part of my post. Friends and family tell me - I was born - before Time began - the Universe was not even here yet - so my Memory - is NOT so good.
As far as AI goes - I still believe - while it has a lot of potential use for Trading - the big money will have it and use it successfully - way before the average trader - meaning us.
Edit: Just did a quick search - it says the "first working AI programs were written in 1951". And - they still need to learn how to trade better than a human.

Long Term Capital management, Black-Scholes, Quants...they have not been successful even though they used very intensive machine learning. Inputting of information, data, news in real time didnt work for them. So..instead..they began to "create" the news and data and the information as they wished..as it benefited them. To train AI to help in trading, one must train it to track the information creators..not the information. Train it to track the people creating the data...and to ignore the data itself. Soros was able to bet against Long Term Capital using very weak and vulnerable SE Asian markets...and he beat them. Soros didnt bet against LTCM..he just manipulated the markets they had positions in...and thus distorted their data models
Why do you need ChatGPT to trade?
Do you not know how to trade or do you need help choosing stocks?
