Trading while trying to lose weight on Atkins

Now that everyone is preoccupied debating diets on another thread, i hope we can get back to the actual atkins/low carb plan....something that hasn't been brought up but is important is fiber....you have to take a supplement , but whether you are dieting or not you should always try to take in a good dosage of fiber each day.....to that end, I will admit that one of the things I use is ......No laughing now....COLON CLEANSE....I swear its embarrassing even buying the stuff a GNC but the stuff works...a tablespoon in some water or in a shake and you are all set....but BEWARE the first couple times you use it.....ever wonder where all those carbs and white bread you ate all your life went???? well your about to see train like you've never seen before LOL..I use it every other day only as a supplement and a lot of research has said that it will prevent colon cancer.
When not on induction I take a few tablespoons of oat bran.

sounds like a kidney stone waiting to happen....is it safe???Psyillyium is just the outsdie shell from the wheat nut i beleive...BTW . will Chitosan leave me with fish breath??

There's plenty of research available, but I'm not as earnest as axeman, so I'm not going to do a presentation. If you like what you're taking, that's fine. If not, you can do a search on chitosan :p

over 14,400 traders have viewed this post. Does this mean that most traders on here are overweight? what happened to discipline?
13,000 of those views were just GG seeing his name in print.:D

Too bad Splenda's not made by a small company. It would make a nice investment.
I wish they would make it available in liquid form, the inert ingredients contain about a gram of carbs per packet.

anybody have any comments re http://www.lef.org ? a local trader recommended their supplements to me... how do they stack up in that consumer reports site, LS?

also, anyone ever try hiring a personal fitness trainer? maybe if I know someone will come over a few times a week, it'll help improve the actual workout quality I have... any tips for working with a fitness trainer?

thx,

ken

Ken, i have ordered all my supps from lef.org for 15 yrs. i have been tempted in past to order elsewhere because of cheaper prices but i never do, they're quality control is the best. you get what you pay for and i want the purity when taking "mega" doses over long periods. lef.org is the real deal -pharmaceutical grade. life extension is their purpose, i recommend them.
