Now that everyone is preoccupied debating diets on another thread, i hope we can get back to the actual atkins/low carb plan....something that hasn't been brought up but is important is fiber....you have to take a supplement , but whether you are dieting or not you should always try to take in a good dosage of fiber each day.....to that end, I will admit that one of the things I use is ......No laughing now....COLON CLEANSE....I swear its embarrassing even buying the stuff a GNC but the stuff works...a tablespoon in some water or in a shake and you are all set....but BEWARE the first couple times you use it.....ever wonder where all those carbs and white bread you ate all your life went???? well your about to see train like you've never seen before LOL..I use it every other day only as a supplement and a lot of research has said that it will prevent colon cancer.
