LOL ahhh you are not serious are you?
I know a couple very thin guys that bench press more than that, you'd never know it to look at them.
The bench press is much about leverage and technique, and less about absolute strength.
Generally weightlifters are "stronger" lb for lb as compared to bodybuilders for the same reasons.
Good health to all!

7-7 1/4 a small wrist? I don't think so.
No offense takenQuote from GeeTO69:
Please don't take offense I certainly don't have the guts to post my pic here.
However I must be truthful. Look at your hands and wrists. Smallish. Small to medium to be more precise. What does your wrist measure (circumference)? My guess is -- 7 1/4 inches tops. Your wrist will measure under 7 after losing more fat. Sorry but this is smallish. Don't feel bad I am not any powerhouse either.
Peace and good health to you.
. My dad, brother and I all have long arms (we can come pretty close to touching our knees while standing fully upright), and my wrists and fingers have always been slender. Can't really explain it. Back when I was into boxing (yeah, I miss that heavy bag too) I always had to make sure my wrist and hand wraps were nice and tight or I risked busting them up just by working out. My forearms are admittedly in pretty sad shape right now though Quote from GeeTO69:
If he loses his bodyfat his wrist will dip under 7. That IS smallish. For comparison, Mike Tyson is also about 5'11', with much much less bodyfat -- his wrist measures EIGHT INCHES.

Incidentally, just out of curiosity I measured my wrists and they are 7 1/4. Still don't see what that has to do with anything though.
