Exactly...the same doctor who is skeptical has to eat crow and admit that it lowers weight anf cholesterol better then the other diets......the irony is that even though he has scieintific fact he, like most other doctors are afraid to admit they were totally wrong so they perpetuate scare tactics...again...I've shown you proof...you show me proof, not speculation and opinion.,....scientific proof....like this same doctor found.

all suggest that the healthiest diets are low in fat (10% of calories or less) and low in protein (5 to 7% depending on which paper you read).

Mr Atkins suggests the exact opposite.

Do some proper research and you will easily see that Atkins is nothing but a short term weight loss trick. It is not a "healthy" diet. It is a money making scam.
