actually, i can do it either way. i PREFER to do a lot of exercise. it's good for me, i enjoy it, AND it allows me to eat more food. exercising a lot is especially good for when i want to lose fat. when i want to lose fat, i exercise as much as possible, so that i can eat as much as possible and still lose fat.Quote from franklin:
