Which trading sites/web sites have exposure to Russia in terms of ownership and staff/operations?

Some I know of:
Tradingview - formed by 3 Russians, many staff in Russia
Multicharts - formed by same people, many staff in Russia

Where were the outspoken souls during 60 years of unjustified and illegitimate military invasions and operations not in the name of democracy but in the name of geostrategic control and oil? Pure hypocrisy. Anger management has never been the strong suit of this culture.
