That is good news. I was thinking about doubling my puts, but didn't.

I am selling my shares at 16.10 to take short term profit. I believe I can buy them back tomorrow at 15.95-15.99 range. I believe YHOO will close at 16 tomorrow.

It is panning out as planned. YHOO will close exactly at 16. Not 15.99 and not 16.01

That was a good trade that I recommended. Now I am agressively selling PUT 16 for Jan 27. YHOO will rise soon above 16 and beyond. Tomorrow YHOO will come up with numbers.

I also sold 20 contracts of Feb 15 PUT @ 0.25 today. Also sold 80 contracts of Jan 27 PUT 16 at 0.38

My observations on price action: Mild bullish sign. It looks like YHOO might close at around 15.85. Now it is 15.69. We should see it climbing above 16 after earnings.

Very good results indeed. Stock should go high now to not more than 16.50 unless a buyout happens. This report removed the downside risk from the stock so anything below 15.60 will be great buying opportunity.
