I've been doing this (reviewing charts) and forcing myself to imagine myself managing a trade at my optimal entries/exits.

Yes, I did actually buy near bottom and sell near the top today. I don't think I would have been able to do it without the so-called reps.

Nice!

But I didn't need 11 minutes to hear that.

Going to use this journal to keep track of doing my premarket checklist which includes getting being ready to trade between 5:00 and 5:30 am CT. I won't be posting an analysis but I want to have a place to keep track of how consistently I'm getting to "work" on time.

6:00 to 7:00 am Central Time for trading the ES. I'm getting up an hour earlier now because I like the earlier time for analyzing the 6E. I think I'll be ok once I get used to thinking in terms of an hour earlier for everything during the day.

Forex Factory lists news relevant to the 6E at: 7:30 am and 10 am CT times. (Some more later,, but I will be done trading then.)
I stay out of news events.

Easier to place a checkmark on an app on my phone. And I lose papers. But I like pen and paper for some things...like my trading binder.
