and he was very clear in the preface.

Brooks stuff is subjective/customable and so to the person who takes pain to train himself a very powerful tool.

I disagree on the first point and agree with the second. That "card" represents a simple trading plan. As most people who try this seem to be beyond help, you are nearly spot on with your second statement. I would only amend it to read "I am sure it would help almost no one." The power of that "almost."

Your first statement is demonstrably false when one considers all those black lines are drawn before the open. None of those are drawn after the fact.
