Yes, you can get payouts, but they are sim accounts, not live accounts

You need at least $10K in profits in the XFA before they move you to a live account.

it is proof that i have a express account and that i can get paid so it is live as far as i can concerned

Why worry about Targets? You don't know what the Market is going to do between now and your Target, just trade the Chart etc?
