If anyone put as much effort into trading as this thread, they would.... All this talk and not much actionable improvement. I don't think the OP wants to improve actually.
It seems the problem is more about getting TRACTION. Without traction, it does not matter what you do.
In order to make traction, you have to measure. Without measuring there can be no improvement. (W.E. Deming, circa 1960s). If you don't know about process improvement, you don't really live in the modern world, you just skipped ahead, looking for solutions without understanding why things ARE solutions.
That is what @schizo is saying. If you don't post, you are not willing to even look at the trades objectively. Let alone measure your trading metrics.
