Trading the ES live-the Brooks way

i wait for second entries and then watch them carefully.

if the with trend entry triggers, i take that for a scalp.

if that does not trigger and the market continues, then i take that for a scalp.

now even if a second entry with trend entry is trap, it usually gives a scalp why? because the market has to trap novices and the novices will only enter and get trapped if the market moves in a direction for some time, which will take your scalp trade to your target.

you have to outthink the market

this basically fcuks [sic!] the market .

i know how to spell that but baron is watching

I'm seeing a pattern. In trading, don't these things repeat?

if i expect a trade go up from a certain point and it does not do that i get out.

i do not wait for my technical stop to get hit.

now a swing trader would do that .it is not that he stupid.it is because she is thinking differently.
you must know are you a scalper or a swinger

this is important: a scalper must know what she expects the trade to do.

if it does not do that then it can be no doubt that the market is gifting you a scalp in the other direction.

now if it does the unexpected thing then a lot of traders are going to be scrambling to re position themselves and you will get spike .

I don't believe Brooks himself trades. I think he probably tried it many years ago, failed, and found that writing magazine articles and then books was the better way to make money "from trading."
I have tried his trading room and it seemed fishy. He would later announce a position not in real-time and so on. His commentary and market analysis are pretty good but his room is expensive.

so i was smart or bad

i never paid him a cent for anything.
eventually i felt guilty and did buy his books.

i should have bought the English version: my book was in Chinese ,i think, or maybe Japanese or Greek.
