Yes, I broached this same idea with Padu. He said he prefers the lack of Volatility of out of hours ES.
The Hang Seng does some massive moves regularly, like 2%, during ES out of hours.
But for my Swing trading purposes, the U.S. markets give the most information. Where the U.S. goes, other Indexes follow.
He should go to the Mount of Doom,
and throw Brook's book into the burning hell.

Padu enjoys poking ES when ES is sleeping.
Trading is already challenging.
Padu wants to make it even much more challenging!
If there were two possible paths to reach the destination,
I'd choose an easier simpler path.
Padu would choose a path with a slippery oily surface.
