yes it is but it is better than some businesses like the oldest business in the world.
but you cannot ever find a trader who thinks or trades exactly like yourself.
so if you get social you just irritate others, in short.
and this is one activity -there are a few like golf for eg- that cannot be taught it has to be learnt
what successes?

That is why you need to fight it, that is why your money constantly gets 'stolen'.
If you sat down quietly for some period of time, you would begin to figure out how to find gold without needing to dig a whole fuckking mile long trench with a hand shovel to find a nugget of gold.
Why not invest some of those 20 hours a day into a lot of research to see when a trade is 'idiotic' and when it makes sense, and then have rules and follow them? That way you don't take 'idiotic' trades...
i am a bit surprised so few people use Brooks-yes i accept his style is good for day trading and scalps.
and so many people call him a fraud when all he does is take traditional technical analysis and give some names to describe old patterns.so it is the same stuff but in a new packaging .
I remember Joe Ross calling the first correction in a trend as Ross hook.my word what an ego these guys have.
i mean this is ridiculous: trading the Ross hook?

i stuck with him for 20 years and not many will do that but i always thought that i was class 1 idiot to take so ,long to learn it.
for example his two legs [ABC] and the way he describes makes trading easy but it took me a 20 years to see what he meant.
because often the two legs are complex and sometimes one leg is a 3 push down and the up leg is a wedge or a wedge variation and then the down leg again maybe two legs.
