I need clearing broker which can offer access to
bond execution venues like EBS Brokertec, Nasdaq Espeed and CME, through Trading Technolgies Autospreader,
Any suggestions ?

Call the TT help line and ask them if they know of a Chicago FCM that satisfies all those requirements. My WAG is that you might need more of an investment bank omnibus account or New Edge (Soc Gen) - which has a multi-million dollar minimum.
