Trading Technologies allows limit orders in illiquid markets, and I'm still getting partial fills?

To view the implied prices as disseminated by the ICE Gateway host in the inside market, you must select the Include Implieds in Market columns and in Depth checkbox under the Trading tab of the X_TRADER®Properties window. Alternatively, you can view the implied prices separately in the Implied columns of X_TRADER®.
