SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘Let Wall Street Pay for Wall Street’s Bailout Act of 2009’.


The government forced this bailout down wall streets throat instead of letting Wall Street take its natural course and purge the toxicity out of it. Wall Street is the keystone to capitalism and wedging taxes into the heart of the transaction is truely devastating to the continuance of a free market.

The actions of Wall Street wasn't the cause of the problem but the effect of the problem...

Actually, if they stay in committee, you'll never know. You'll just have to assume it's dead if it lasts in committee for more than 3 months.
