I know what you're saying but think of it in terms of focusing on a sackful of snakes.

I am looking into flipin' or investing in REALTY again
. More of a stretch this time/ due to rates HI,supply + price..................................................................NOT that I expect to blow up another account LOL.
But labor , all labor = honorable, even if you help XOM, MRO, MUR,MCD,DG,WMT,MCD .............................
Not that I want the leverage\ that caused me to blow up an account or leverage that wrecked Dave Ramsey to go thru\ bankruptcy.
NOT a thrilling stock tip/ i do ETFs; goal includes good mindset+ workset.

Any market study may help/regardless of a flip.
Good mindset.Most any or all labor helps. Mrs Meyers snapped, ''put your shopping cart UP when you are thru'' LOL.
I do that @ WMT or DG , not just because i think Kenneth G of Citadel owns WMT; or even though most companies need help with labor + transactions soemtimes.
I want to give some more, somewhat like Bill + Melinda Gates/and Paul Tudor Jones to DU[Ducks Unlimited ].
May not, LOL give as much to DU as PTJones ;
but great ad /DU, PTJ took out \noted green + more selective shooting than the law requires. Even though I can usually get the DU magazine from the local sporting goods/gun dealer. I'll check my budget by Sunday nite...........................
SML, In the past you were so confident and felt very close to achieving trading success and were having a degree of success in your sim trading. Did something happen suddenly to cause you to give up trading or did the long slow grind just finally take its toll. I am not sure what a "ES Master Money Maker" is but good luck to you in your new venture.

ES Master Money Maker means, I take money from the ES futures market every single day. The ES futures market is place where "traders" go to make or lose money 23 hours a day.
I am still trading daily, but I am not a trader. I do not classify myself anymore as a Day Trader, I classify myself as Daily Money Maker in the ES futures market. I honestly do not know or want to know what trader means anymore, everytime I try to be a trader, I lose money.
I never gave up trading, I will trade until the day the good Lord takes me home.
