Trading Spreads / Self-made Combos on IB

Hi Guys, is there a way on IB to create your own spread combination (if that's what you call it) ...

I'm trying to accomplish something like

Buy 2 NFLX
Sell 1 AAPL

or Buy 2 IWM, Sell 1 SPY

And IB will automatically calculate the Bid and Ask price for the spread.
So I can just execute accordingly.

Yes

Enter fist symbol in an empty TWS line,
click on it , choose combinations, stock/stock.
Window to enter particulars will pop up.
