A lot of futures traders trading CME products are using CQG ... nothing unusual about it at all.

And yes, I verified it in my platform and it works fine, that's why I said neither I nor anyone else seems to be having the same problem since I can't find any mentions of it, meaning, whether you like it or not, that the issue is most likely at your end, otherwise others would be having the same issue.

Assuming you used an up to date version of the platform and not a very old or beta model I have established Motivewave in combination with CQG is NOT the issue.

Edit: by the way, your colour scheme in Jigsaw proves absolutely nothing, for all we know you have selected the colours the other way around ... That's why i asked for new screenshots with confirmation of bid/ask ticks on Jigsaw.

Since you have access to the exchange, can you download the tick and level 1 data from the time you displayed in your screenshot and post it here?

I was using the latest motivewave as of 2 weeks ago when I started the free trial, 6.x.10 is I can remember. Motivewave support has been useless with the guy even telling me it was something to do with the exchange. Which I find hard to believe since I have never in my 19 years full-time trading actually had an issue with the T&S ever from HKFE over a variety of platforms. OK and lets say it is an issue specific to HKFE and CQG, maybe their support should actually look into why since they are offering their product as a global solution.

I cannot give you any tick data since Jigsaw will not let me save or export it.

I also never said you don't know how to setup a colour scheme, but making mistakes is human, we all do it every now and then so there is no shame in double checking ...

By the way I wasn't referring to Jigsaw for the data but the exchange, plenty of ways to get the data if one platform doesn't allow it.

Hang Seng Tech is available on HKex just like all their other products. There are no geographical restrictions to access it however not all trading platforms can be bothered to add the symbol and some brokers may not have access to it.

AMP only adds HSI but no others. I check IBKR, it is not in their offering neither. anyway, used to trade HSI futures but now just China EFTs.

Its at IB under ticker HSTECH. I have it sweet futures under HTI through CQG. Its the newest index of the main 3, most of the volumes are still on HSI and HHI but HTI on some days will exceed the other two markets, especially during a rollover. Which makes me think there is large institutional presence.
