Is there a detailed IB list somewhere that details what jurisdiction prevents trading in certain instruments?

https://ibkr.info/article/3643 talks about commodities and currencies. Generally the products pages state what is available for residents based on location but I do have to admit it gets more complex by the day with regulators and governments around the world dictating what can be made available and/or perhaps suitable more regularly.
