For Destriero go with a Men's regular for a 25-lb overwight 5ft 9" Male. Make sure there is plenty of room on the chest to accommodate the usual # of numbers with room for at least one extra digit - just in case. If not too much trouble, bring a box of cuban cigars too so he can enjoy before going into the void.
