Never heard of Bassetti, I use to subscribe to "The Factor" by Peter Brandt.

Charles recently put out a booklet designed by himself called STAIRSTEPS .......... a great wauy to ratchet up STOPS in a TREND. He like Bruce Kovner keeps his STOPS at 5% under the Wave ..........

WHERE NOBODY CAN FIND THEM


He cott the entire trend up from the 2009 low. He and Ed Seykota and yours truly are the 3 winners but they were around a lot longer than i so I did not enter when they did as I was too grreeen.

But today I can hobnob with both as equals.

The book must be read cover to cover 3 times and then take a break and then devour it as you would a COLLEGE textbook. Study it, devour it, chew it, practice the graphs, the curves and spend mucho time on it. 2 years and you will be formidable. then do as Handle123 does and re-read and study it once a year or once per year and a half for the rest of your life.

What nobody will ever get is that my EDGE in Trading and business comes from a whole other arena of Life. I was told so by Father Bonaventure like this, "What you are doing for your Ma is so favorable to GOD that he just simply will not forsake you as you follow his commandment honor thy mother and father"


My EDGE


Ma used to come home tired and worn out when I was just a very yong boy. I propped her up and had dinner cooked in advance, yeah at age 8 I was making food for Pa and Ma.
Then when it was time for her to relax and watch TV I would prop her up on the sofa and massage her feet toward the end of the movie or show timing it so that she owul dnot doze off before the end of the show. Then I would carry her and tuck her in bed.


Her freinds would look at me with love and compassion and say, "that child came stright from god's heart!

Long term, once Positions get to break even stops, they stay there for life or readjusted to next contract month as most of what I trade is Futures.

I bought dividend stocks in 2009 and sold 100% of them last year, when next door neighbor got equity loan on his house to trade Bitcoin. All backtesting done, for long term shows me wide stops allows for large gains long term.

I did weekend with Seykota and others 15 years? ago in Tahoe. Was interesting as I recall, "Tribe".
