Trading Psychology

Many skills are required for trading successfully in the financial markets. They include the abilities to evaluate a company's fundamentals and to determine the direction of a stock's trend. But neither of these technical skills is as important as the trader's mindset.

Indeed, many skills are needed, and many years to put everything together. "Fundamentals"??? We are now living in an age of algorithms, and high frequency trading. Today was a prime example. Market rallied to new highs, with a horrible jobs report. How's that for fundamental analysis? Again, the right mindset is very important, but you need to master the craft first. However, I do welcome your money, any day. Thank you in advance.

I really mean that. Thank you so much for your money. I will spend it well :)

I do find the headlines fascinating. Financial media always mentions "INVESTORS", but as a professional, I am fully aware of ALGOs. They can't say that dirty word!!!

The forex market implies a lot of functions that should be present in every trader, especially psychological moments.

It can be said for sure that the outlook and attitude towards oneself changes during trading.
True though. The volatile nature of market does affect the trading psychology of a trader. Its something that goes on and on. We have to work hard to build a mindset though.

When a person gains a certain experience, as a rule, this happens after 2-3 years of trading, then he already has psychological problems of a completely different kind.

When trading Forex, you need to constantly learn, improve your knowledge and, the most difficult thing, be able to make decisions by analyzing your successes and mistakes.
