What is the best broker neutral (e.g. supports several brokers) trading platform. It should also allow trade allocations (a trade split over more than one account)

Both MultiCharts and NinjaTrader offer many different broker connections, however, I'm not too sure about the trade allocation functions for either of them. Worth looking into though. I prefer MultiCharts myself.

neither MC nor NT will allow you to trade allocations... if you are retail, you will have little choice but to go with a broker dependant platform...
