Have you given Medved QuoteTracker a shot? it has the best reviews on the site. and take it from me im a noob to the trading scene and after a short while with QT i now use it with out a problem. Quotetracker is very easy for someone new to use.
It also works with alot of Brokers and Data feed services. And cost a heck of alot less then Ninja Trader (which is hard to use for a novice imo) at $50/month QT $60/year and you don't need to even pay for QT to use its integrated broker trading you just pay if you dont want the TD Ameritrade ads running.
