Let me apologise for the more ignorant/objectionable posts that some have made.
I have read most of your starting out posts and in my view showed considerable wisdom for a newbie.
Now that you are a veteran......................?
Just to add a small but important idea. Put the nasty negative posters on ignore ( Barron could add this feature ? ) and encourage the more valuable contributors.
