I have a question. I am in business (unrelated to trading) with someone and we would like to set up a trading account in our co name or in a new llc. I also trade in my personal account. Are there any legal issues or potential conflicts for me to trade in both accounts? My partner knows little about the market and will not be trading. Thanks!
