Trading OTC openings Amex style

Has anybody tried to trade OTC openings in the Amex like several traders on the board do with listed stocks? If so how extreme are the openings vs listed stocks? Maybe Don can help with this question.

cant really do it correctly with the amex.ib wont let you put an order in for a buy and a sell at the same time.they tell me it is against amex rules.
 
Why would you put a buy and sell at the same when you are trying to get the opening price? You have to get filled first then exit.
