VaheV,

Thanks for the documentation of your trades.

How much time does it take to prepare your trading video for Instagram per day ?

Do you turn the video recorder on when you know you're about to take a trade or do you just leave the video recorder on the entire day you trade and then later edited out the content that has no trades ?

Why do you choose Instagram versus something like Youtube ?

Hi, thank you for your interest to my trading journal. I start recording when I identify a trade opportunity, I do not record the full day. I also prepare my analysis every day for every instrument I trade.
As for choice between instagram and youtube, I just had an account in the instagram, so I decided to post my recordings there. It doesn't matter to me.

These are selective returns, showing your good times.

90% winning systems have horrible losses to make up for the braggadocio. No one can escape the market math of the inverse relationship between the long-term avg winning pct and avg reward to risk ratio. The market simply won't let you and no one knows the future (except possibly Goldman ;-))

I agree, but I try to take a small profit without risking the whole account
